Celebrating lifestyle with the wisdom of Ayurveda & Yoga to help you flourish in your mind, body, and spirit. This is a 9 month journey to experience balance in your body through connections to your: insight, nature, nourishment, manifestation, and relationships.

You crave to feel and look healthy and vibrant. You dream of looking the way you feel or feeling the way you look. 

You tend to start things and then return to old ways of being (totally normal). You are looking for a new way to create nourishing habits that are lasting. 

You have tried a lot of different programs and nothing worked. You haven't tried anything but need something to work for long term.

I agree that this isn't for everyone. This is a holistic lifestyle journey that requires you to be all in. If you are ready to make the decision to not look back, this is for you. If you want to look your very best in 6 - 9 months, then this is for you. 

Feeling empowered and healthy begins with habit changes. Losing weight can be sorted out simply by limiting calories and moving more. Why doesn't this always work for everyone? 

The reality is we need to shift the energies rippling through our lifestyle. We need to upend how we are living to make lasting changes to our health so we flourish.

In month one, we begin to establish deep nourishment with food, drinks, movement, and beautification of our lifestyle. Theme: Renew

We begin to co-create the priorities around your health and wellness and personalize your unique experience to heal deeply. Theme: Wellness

Fine-tuning nourishment and movement for your unique body and lifestyle. Theme: Seasonal

Angela holds certifications in Ayurveda Digestive Health, Yoga, Face Yoga Method, and a specialty certifications in trauma-informed practice, and yoga for cancer.

Angela dove into holistic health after working as a professional pastry and private chef for years. When she began a family and entered her 40's it became clear that a holistic approach to nourishment would be a better way to feed others. 

She passionately explores the magical wisdom of Ayurveda, which as led her to study face and body yoga modalities. Awakening awareness in others' relationships to movement and awakening their deep sense of self through beautification,  Angela's work has been recognized by face and body fitness leaders across the world and she has had a been a contributor to global publications and media outlets

I’ve always love nourishing others. Finding our point at which we flourish is what I love drawing out in others. 

It is through community spirit that we can progress as individuals. Learning how to build resilience in our bodies is the beginning to a complete understanding of our personal journey. 

I feel most alive when I am graced with an opportunity to connect with individuals overcoming adversity and allowing themselves to be fully vulnerable. I welcome the chance to use the cannon of Ayurveda & Yoga to enliven your body, mind, and soul to flourish.
